I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with a holistic approach to therapy. I work with individuals in a personalised, collaborative way based on their needs, unique personal history, personality and goals.
We work together to help ease suffering by developing insight, learning helping tools, enhancing your relationship with yourself, and growing healthy relating skills.
