I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with a holistic approach to therapy. I work with individuals in a personalised, collaborative way based on their needs, unique personal history, personality and goals.

We work together to help ease suffering by developing insight, learning helping tools, enhancing relationship with self, and growing healthy relating skills.

This at times challenging but ultimately enlivening and empowering work is done at your pace, with my support. I’m interested in understanding what it’s like to see life through your eyes, and I want to find out how we can work best as a team to reach your goals
